Ring in the New Year with an exceptional New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner at Shore House with an exclusive six course set dinner menu featuring decadent gourmet treats. With dishes, including pan-fried oyster, wagyu beef tenderloin sear-fried foie gras and glazed duck, the star-lit al fresco dinner is the quintessential way to complete the year. The decadent meal will be accompanied by a smooth saxophonist playing atmospheric music throughout the evening, followed by a DJ spinning tracks. Guests will then be invited to enjoy a sparkling firework display lighting up the desert night sky and welcoming in 2023.
