A long-running Saturday brunch that leans into energy, variety and scale. Now in its tenth year, Islander’s Brunch takes place every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm across Vespa & Brasserie, with access extending out to the terrace, pools and beach.
Expect a wide mix of live cooking stations, signature counters and a strong drinks offering, alongside roaming performers, live music and a more energetic atmosphere than a typical brunch. The setting shifts between indoor and outdoor spaces, so you can move between dining, entertainment and time by the water.
Pool and beach access are included, so you can stay on after the brunch.
