The island-inspired Shore House Restaurant at Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach, overlooks the soft white sands and shimmering sea. The glorious indoor-outdoor restaurant reflects a sophisticated maritime theme whilst the menu showcases delicious grilled dishes with fish line-caught by the local fishermen. At sunset, the poolside bar and lounge is a refuge of unique vibes and a kaleidoscope of colours as the sun dips over the horizon. Accessible by boat, pop in for a lazy day in Shore House and enjoy a salad or bar snack lunch such as fattoush with lettuce, pomegranate molasses dressing, cucumber, capsicum, tomato, sumac, mint, fresh zaatar and crispy Arabic bread, or a delicious burrata with strawberries, beets, tomato, popped quinoa and white balsamic.

Join the bartenders each afternoon between 4 pm and 6 pm and enjoy half-price mouth-watering hand-crafted mocktails and cocktails. If you enjoy seafood, don’t leave! The resident chefs will cook divine dishes, including signature lobster thermidor with Emmental and tarragon mustard béchamel and wilted baby spinach, Omani jumbo prawns with a Sicilian dressing, sautéed almond asparagus and gremolata or salmon teriyaki served with mixed vegetables, yuzu espuma and popped rice.
