Each Friday afternoon from 3 pm, he’ll guide you through the mysterious age-old processes of making authentic sushi, from cooking sushi rice and preparing the umami-rich sushi vinegar seasoning the Japanese way to artfully slicing raw fish and learning how to cut vegetables and daikon radish. You’ll discover Japanese-esque ingredients such as masago caviar, sushi nori and konbu seaweed, shiso leaf, mango and fiery wasabi. Make sushi and nigiri rolls from scratch to impress your friends and family with your newfound skills.
