InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa proudly kicks off 2026 with an elegant Burns Supper, bringing one of Scotland’s most cherished cultural traditions to the Northern Emirate.
Hosted in the resort’s Grand “Juman” Ballroom, the evening will celebrate the life and legacy of Robert Burns, Scotland’s national poet, through an immersive programme of poetry, music, and time-honoured Scottish rituals. Guests will be treated to a curated six-course dinner, highlighted by the ceremonial Address to the Haggis, a centrepiece of every traditional Burns Supper.
The night will come alive with authentic Scottish entertainment, featuring world-renowned piper Roddy Deans; better known as Roddy the Piper and his dynamic accompaniment. Hailing from Edinburgh, Roddy has performed at prestigious events around the globe and is celebrated for his engaging pipe playing and vibrant ceilidh-style performances with his band alongside dramatic recitations of Burns’ iconic “Toast to the Laddies” and “Toast to the Lasses” bringing both traditional and contemporary Scottish sounds to life.
